What the quote form asks for
Name, contact phone, email, the website of the project you want quoted, a budget range and the service you are after. All of it is what we need in order to come back with a price; none of it is optional, and there is nothing else hidden in the form.
What the contact form asks for
Name, email, your message, and optionally the company and a budget range. Nothing else.
What travels along with it
Three technical fields that are not about you: the language of the page, which page you sent it from, and the date and time. They exist so we know which conversation a message belongs to.
What we use it for
To answer you and to prepare the quote or the proposal you asked for. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
The legal basis
Your consent, given with the box you tick before sending, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect what was done while it was in force.
Where it goes
Who handles it, and for how long.
Where a submission lands
In the studio inbox, and — when the form endpoint is configured — in the studio database of enquiries. Both are accessible only to the people at FOCO working who work on the reply.
Who else sees it
The email provider that carries the message and the hosting that serves this site, each of them only as far as making the delivery work. Nobody else, and no advertiser.
How long we keep it
Two years from the last exchange, if the enquiry does not become a project. If it does, for as long as the work and the accounting behind it require. After that it is deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and carries no analytics or advertising scripts. It stores one thing in your browser, and it stays in your browser: a mark saying you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not play again on every page.
The video on the home page
The background video is served by YouTube, and YouTube is a third party with its own terms: when the video loads, your browser talks to Google. It only loads once you scroll to it.
Your rights
What you can ask for.
A copy, a correction, a deletion
Write to hello@focoworking.com from the address you used, and say which of the three you want. We answer within thirty days, and deleting costs you nothing and requires no reason.
To stop being contacted
Say so in a reply to any message from us, or write to the same address. It takes effect immediately.
If this page changes
The date at the top says when it last did. If a change affects what happens to data already sent, we say so by email to the people it affects.
